We deliver your financial statements after each month-end close, just as reliably as a sunrise. Most of our clients appreciate monthly reports, but we’re happy to tailor that cadence—whether quarterly or custom—based on your business rhythm and industry needs.
Do I need to share my secure login credentials?
No way—not on our watch. We always set up bookkeeping access using our own credentials, with view-only, third-party access secured by two-factor authentication. Your peace of mind is just as important to us as the books themselves.

How much does it cost to work with you?
Our monthly rates start at $300. Every business is unique, so in order to provide accurate pricing we’ll first take a look at your financials. We consider the number of transactions, services needed, and bank accounts when creating your custom price. This way, you only pay for the level of support your business actually needs.
Is remote bookkeeping secure?
Absolutely. We use advanced cloud-based tools, encrypted portals, and secure software integrations to keep your data safe and accessible. Your financial security and confidentiality are non-negotiable—like our favorite meditation mantra.
Do I need special software?
Not necessarily. We’ll recommend tools based on what fits your needs best. Often that means cloud-based systems like QuickBooks or Xero that integrate easily with your bank and simplify daily tracking. If things look a bit tangled, we’ve got the patience—and the know-how—to walk you through setup or migrations.
Do you handle taxes or payroll?
We don’t file income taxes directly, but we make sure your books are clean, current, and organized so tax time feels easy instead of overwhelming. Think of us as the prep team that hands your CPA everything they need—beautifully packaged and stress-free.
As for payroll, we do support setup and processing through trusted software partners. We’ll help you choose the right system and keep it running smoothly so your team is paid on time, every time.
